PEER INK SKETCHING LED BY DAVID VAN GALEN

Please join us for plein air (on location/ open air) architectural ink sketching at the iconic Pike Place Market led by award winning architect and fine artist, David Van Galen. No previous experience or skill level required. David will lead the group through a series of small ink sketches in the market. The collegial atmosphere will allow more experienced sketchers to share tips with more novice participants.

After sketching, we will informally gather at Old Stove Brewery in the market.

Necessary materials: A pen and a sketchbook or other sketching paper. We recommend a #03 Micron pen and a 5x8 sketchbook (or a larger sketchbook that can be subdivided). Optional: A folding/ portable stool, such as a trail stool.

Meet at the southwest corner of Pike and 1st outside of Delaurenti.
