An Evening with Brent Hull
Please join us for an evening with Brent Hull. Brent is an award-winning traditional builder, designer, speaker, consultant, teacher, and author. His most recent book, “Millwork,” provides a comprehensive reference of millwork elements found in historic homes from the 18th to 20th centuries.
Brent will be delivering a lecture entitled “Understanding Historic Millwork 1740-1950: How to Identify it and How to Design it for New Applications.” This event will be held in the historic Isam White house, designed in 1904 by the renowned Portland firm of Whidden & Lewis and recently restored by Arciform.
Cocktail hour will begin at 5pm, with a lecture at 6pm and a Q&A and book signing to follow.
Order of Events:
5pm: Cocktail hour in a 100-year-old historic Portland home.
6pm: Lecture on historic millwork
6:30pm: Q&A and book signing
